And now, it’s our turn. As the fourth generation of our family to care for these olive groves, we founded Novahera Agricola. The name itself reflects our desire to evolve tradition and create a modern, responsible, and sustainable approach to olive oil production.
We are Dario, a lawyer, and Giuseppe, a university researcher and business consultant. We’ve always dreamt of sharing the wonder of our olive oil beyond our local community. To achieve this, we’ve dedicated ourselves to learning, attending courses, and connecting with other producers.
One of our first steps was to plant new olive trees and begin the process of converting our entire production to organic farming. We’re proud to have Accursio by our side, our dedicated field sentinel who meticulously oversees every stage of the production cycle.
